Battery life is 1/2 what they claim and I often lose my wifi connection plus I can’t connect to my Bluetooth headphones. Not happy.

I love this laptop. It is not touchscreen, which I dont miss. This laptop is fast and does not get really hot do to the erogonomic shape of it. Overall, great laptop for the money and would definitely buy an Asus again.

This ASUS laptop sucks, wont turn on and I tried all of thier video fixes, still nothing, junk dont buy this because you probably have a 50/50 shot it will work longer than a couple months

Shuts down if you try to do anything that actually requires it to work....playing a game? It shuts down no warning. Also didnt come with an activated Windows, had to purchase myself! Seller argued to refund full amount on defective product that didnt come with Windows!!

After buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

Bought this for my wife and so far it has worked out very well. Unit responds quickly and runs nicely. The only issue I had was the bios setup for booting. The only thing there was the boot drive, and I could not get ASUS to understand or fix this issue which is very simple. Wanted the USB to be recognized so I could back it up.

Bought this and ordered Sata SSD upgrade at the same time. The detailed description says Hard Drive interface SATA. Its not its NVME.
