Screen quality does not reflect description. Awful product. I wish i could return.

From day one it had memory errors and rebooted sometimes several times in a row. Now it stopped working the screen is blank even when I connect to a monitor

Runs well, plays games well. Make sure after windows update that you update the video drivers on your own. Good all around machine for school work and games.

It’s very sad to receive none working laptop and to wait almost a month till items picked up and refund back payment. It’s bad experience

Chrome eats RAM, this laptop helps. LOVE IT.

I love it

I was needing a new laptop for work purposes and purchased this one, as it had the minimum requirements needed for my job and was able to arrive before the start of the new week. I had an Asus when I was in college, so I thought this would be a good buy. However, upon opening the package and beginning to set it up, it would not boot up. It immediately froze on the startup Asus screen. After nearly an hour, I attempted to reboot it, only for it to freeze again on the Asus screen with the additional message “Preparing Automatic Repair.” Ummm.... why would a brand new laptop straight out of the box need to do a repair?!?

The laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.
