Shuts down if you try to do anything that actually requires it to work....playing a game? It shuts down no warning. Also didnt come with an activated Windows, had to purchase myself! Seller argued to refund full amount on defective product that didnt come with Windows!!

The image is terrible,definitely not a good sound card,the windows application don’t work as well,,over all this is the worst laptop I ever got and hoping to send it back and get a full refund ,,,I make music and this laptop doesn’t do well for that,,it’s more for basic use only

I just received this computer and it works great so far.

Did not work upon arrival, attempted to return, return was cancelled on their end after date of acceptable return so it was considered invalid

Received the laptop, but it did not turn on. Returned....waiting for refund.
