At first, I thought this was a little expensive for a refurbished laptop. After my son opened it and started using it, I was truly impressed! It performs just like a brand new computer, and he is very happy with the purchase.

Did not work upon arrival, attempted to return, return was cancelled on their end after date of acceptable return so it was considered invalid

The laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.

Bought this and ordered Sata SSD upgrade at the same time. The detailed description says Hard Drive interface SATA. Its not its NVME.

Despite what the other guy said, my computer came in and the first thing I checked to see was if the specs matched. I ordered one with 16gbb of ram. I got one that has 20gbb of ram with 18 of it being usable. So this passed my expectations! For ssd, mine says 238 as well but you have to remember the computer itself needs to use some of that space for the operating system, and other preinstalled things. So although it says 256, only 238 is available to you to use. But for the price this is still really good!! Its fast, the screen is decent. The keyboard is spaced out nicely as well. The mouse pad is very responsive and doesnt feel flimsy. The overall build feels good. If I have any issues Ill update this

My daughter was able to get this computer for her college classes with her financial aid. Very thin, light weight especially when a student is carrying lots of books, she is quite happy that she found it.

Overall, the laptop works fine. I got it as a graduation gift and plan to use it throughout undergrad. However (and this drives me absolutely crazy), the screen is constantly yellow. Ive fiddled with the settings multiple times, and sometimes, the screen will appear normally like it should, but most of the time it has a yellow sheen. This makes it so that the screen itself is super dim. If you use a dark app (say Spotify), when you return to a lighter screen, its darker than before. I know it can be lighter because when its plugged in, the screen is bright, even if still yellow, but as soon as you unplug it, its super dim, even when brightness is turned all the way up. Makes it almost impossible to use in bright light, like sitting outside or even in my room with the screen facing a window. It seems like its a problem with the computer because a bunch of other people online have the same issue and no one seems to have found a way to definitively fix it. Sometimes the computer just freezes too. Not very often, but it will just freeze and I have to force shut it down and hope it turns back on right. Considering thats what happened to my last computer, I am not a very happy camper at the moment.
