> 24 hourI have to use headphones to watch my college lectures because the speakers are too quiet. Sometimes it locks up on a black screen - I use the power button + refresh to restart it. Outside of these issues, I’ve had no trouble with it. I don’t use the touchscreen very often but have had no issue with it when I do. I use a wireless mouse, not the built in pad, so I can’t speak to its quality. Sometimes the keyboard light isn’t bright enough but it’s fine.

> 24 hourASUS chromebook with bad keyboard, which failed within warranty period. ASUS acknowledged issue but WOULD NOT accept unit for repair because I live in the 50th State. I offered to pay for shipping but they still refused to accept it. I would have to ship it to a friend in the lower 48 and have them ship it to ASUS. My friend would then have to re-ship it back to me when repaired. ASUS needs to be informed that Hawaii is a state in the USA.

> 24 hourIt’s a simple device, does not support Bluetooth printing and cannot connect through wifi on my can mg series printer . Other than that it’s good for simple purposes but don’t expect to be running high performance stuff on there it’s essentially an android phone on a laptop. Battery and touch screen are nice, giving 3 stars because it’s hard to print on. And another issue for me is that there is no built in artistic app that you could use to actually make use of the touch screen to its full potential….and I’m not talking about the old school paint app because that’s all I could find on there . You would have to download google play apps on this.

> 24 hourTouchscreen doesnt respond well to my fingers, sometimes needs multiple tries. May work better with a stylus. Speakers are tiny and weak but audio works great with headphones. Everything else seems fine.

> 24 hourTouch screen blinks when you interact with it... Ive already has a key break away and another is sticking. oh and it apparently has no processing strength, despite how much ram it boasts. Sad.

> 24 hourI purchased this for personal use after my laptop bit it. Its been great for my non-work needs (primarily working in Google docs, streaming). The only issue I have is the light under the keyboard is extremely dim and so its hard to see which keys youre hitting at times. I purchased a keyboard cover for this reason.

> 24 hourOrder arrived early and I was excited to charge it and start using. However, after charging, the screen didnt work (just continual flashing lines) even though the voice to walk me through start up was coming through loud and clear. So, I have to return it and am disappointed.

> 24 hourOverall for what I paid , it is a good chromebook. I get 8 hours before charging is required and it charged to almost 100% in 1 hour. For what I use it for it is sufficient. I wanted a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard, which is what I got, but I have to continually dim the backlit keyboard to be able to see the letters on the keys. The grey keyboard and the backlit obscures the greyish lettering on the keys in a well lit room. In my opinion the audio could be better but sufficient for what I paid. The flip feature is very sturdy and functional. Price wise it is a good buy for me.
