This item did not fit my needs. I have returned it for a refund. It has been a month and still no refund or response from Amazon.

Ordered a refurbiahed used-acceptable and the laptop I got looks brand new.

Real hard to read the keys, need to be darker or light up.

Not Acceptable for my intended uses. Returned, after much delay from Amazon (shipped immediately, but the Return button was not available for over three weeks). Spent hours on chats trying to get this resolved. Amazon has lost my electronics business, after years as a totally satisfied Prime member.

Very nice quality. good response time, just a little heavy weighted.

Only problem is the silver keyboard is hard to read.

This one replaced an older and slower Chromebook that still works, but is out of its service date. Ive been watching movies and streaming video with it, paired with a good set of earphones. The picture and the sound are awesome! There is no buffering or pausing at all—its flawless. I dont miss Windows . . . even a little bit.

Order arrived early and I was excited to charge it and start using. However, after charging, the screen didnt work (just continual flashing lines) even though the voice to walk me through start up was coming through loud and clear. So, I have to return it and am disappointed.

Why is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.

This is a great piece, but as a student I need apps that are not included. It runs beautifully, clear and fast. I hope you will enjoy it.
