Excelente para los juegos

The only con I have so far is that there’s no webcam but I knew of that prior to purchasing it. Most laptops webcams are serviceable at best, so it’s no big deal really. Gaming performance and battery are definitely an upgrade from my Dell G7 7500 RTX 2070 model. The 1440p screen looks amazing as well! Would recommend!

It would be better with a built in camera.

Big dissapointment since I like Asus gaming laptops, but after jumping through hoops of Asus Customer Support and constantly having to remind them what the issue was, and that the device serial number doesnt register on their support site? This is the worst laptop and customer support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at the moment, the laptop power button and lights work but the system and screen does not turn on. I have tested the computer on a second monitor and have tried every single guide available for Asus Laptop with black screen and none of them work. I contacted Asus Customer Support via calls and for 30 mins straight, all they could confirm was that my serial number was invalid and told me to wait for Customer Support emails for assistance. This morning, I woke up to the first Customer Support email asking me why I didnt just register the serial number for customer support assistance, to which I have to explain why that isnt possible AGAIN. The second email I got was from another Customer Support individual who says that he has read all of my information (finally) and concluded that my serial number is in fact VALID then immediately concluded that my problem is resolved. News flash, I am still $2000 poorer and my gaming laptop is still broken and they have done absolutely nothing to address this issue, despite me asking for a replacement or simply just provide guides to help me fix the laptop. If I have read everything correctly, the manufacture is responsible if the product is faulty and the insurance I purchased with the laptop only applies if the laptop itself is damaged by outside elements like spillage and they cant even get that sorted out. You are risking wasting your money, time and mental well being by buying this glorified rainbow paperweight and believe that customer support will help you out. They wont and will only make your day worse.

Esta laptop tiene varios problemas, para empezar no tiene teclado numérico y en este modelo en específico el touchpad no sirve como numérico (la foto de amazon es completamente engañosa), además tiene un coil whine terrible, básicamente cuando los ventiladores están bajos suena un sonido eléctrico bastante agudo, normalmente en otras laptops solo se escucharía pegando el oído y poniendo extrema atención, en este caso es audible todo el tiempo y muy molesto, y eso que dice la laptop que 0db cooling para tareas sencillas no es cierto, todo el tiempo funcionan las ventiladores,además la laptop tiene problemas que podrían o no resolverse por actualizaciones de bios, si cierras la tapa tiene problemas al entrar en standby y sigue activa y cuando la vuelves a abrir puede estar muy caliente, además la iluminación del teclado se muere de repente por un problema del firmware y deja de funcionar completamente hasta que entras en el panel de Asus y cambias el efecto para reiniciar el servicio de la iluminación.

He hecho un upgrade a 64 de ram y 3 tb de almacenamiento. La batería creo qñse puede clasificar de meh... los portátiles gaming no son famosos por tener un rendimiento de batería increible... me ha gustado, el tema de la pantalla... tiene fugas de luz pero la vdd no es un problema, al menos para mí, porque no es algo que se aprecie la mayor parte del tiempo...

Un rápida para análisis en sistema de información geográfica... hasta ahora no he tenido problemas ya la tengo 4 meses

It is a beast for gaming. With i9 12gen CPU. And 3070Ti.

This laptop is better than my own gaming rig i built <insert tears> I honestly love that i can take my gaming on the go for vacations or any other reason. It runs so smoothly and is pretty quiet for all that power it puts out. The latest 4070 graphics card + the price put together just are too great of a deal to pass up honestly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple build without putting in all of the time and effort of building a desktop PC!

Im not sure if windows 11 is the problem from my bad experience or is it due to Asus hard/software. For example, when AC power is unplugged and wakes up from sleep mode, the screen remains black and only the mouse arrow is displayed, also due to this sometimes the lights of the keyboard dont turn on.
