Easy setup and easy to use

Straight out of the box and already found that the keys G H E and number 9 dont work. Tried everything including factory reset and reinstall drivers. This doesnt give me much confidence for longevity of this laptop. Returning now and finding something else.

I love this computer. It is fast, is it easy to use. It has a good picture, it has a soft touch on the keyboard. It has a AI helper that can help schedule appointments, and remind you, etc. I just love it. I am so happy with this computer. It boots up fast too.

The screen is not as vivid as it could be. It is not a big issue it is not noticeable after a while so I am still happy with my purchase.

2023 New year update

A great bargain for a mid-level laptop. I went with the Ryzen 7 model, since my main use for this laptop is working on reports, dashboards, etc. The screen to body ratio is fantastic, along with the backlit keyboard. Tactile feel of the keys is nice, and I love the fingerprint reader. The only downside I dislike is the USB C port does not push video.

Works great, came in with no damage, great resolution, using for gaming and other basic things! Bought 2 at the same time, one for myself and the other for my fiancee! We couldnt be happier!

The keyboard is starting to fail after only a couple years, and its not easy to find a replacement for it, so I may just have to scrap the whole thing.

I purchased this for live streaming on Facebook live for my church. So far so good. Had to buy an adapter for HDMI to VGA for a second monitor.

There was some stuck pixels right out of the box. Requesting a replacement will change review if fixed. Everything else is working fine. Fan is kind of loud.
