> 3 dayGreat laptop for the price. My daughter liked it a lot. She does her schoolwork, browsing and creates video with this laptop. The camera and mic are great for Skype’n. After about four months of use it is holding up well with 0 issues.

Greater than one weekI bought several of these instead of using chrome books for my kids school year. I am totally impressed with the quality of Asus products. All of them booted up, the screens were perfect, and they updated themselves flawlessly. These are nicer than the price commands. They have decent dedicated graphics and will last for years before I need to upgrade.

> 3 dayWhen I received this laptop I discovered that it did NOT have a backlit keyboard. Also it was silver colored, not gray. I returned it but still havent gotten a refund even though the UPS says it was delivered back to them 6 days ago.

> 3 dayNice computer didnt start using it until January after Christmas loaded it up with Microsoft Office and within a few days the Wi-Fi slowed way down. Had an IT Pro look at it. Thought it was a bad card. Sent it back. Very good customer service but they said it was OK. Received after repair. Still no wifi connection. Cus. Serv. told me to do a factory reset. It now works fine. Microsoft update 20H2 broke it. Its so sad that excellent products like this laptop are being destroyed by Microsofts desire to own your computer.
