Aurifil A1050-2024 Mako Cotton Thread Solid 50WT 1422Yds White

I used this for machine piecing a quilt, it is very very thin thread - and silky - it often slipped out of the stitch pieces. Had to fiddle w/ tension a lot. This is the 1st time Ive purchased Aurifil, I usually buy 50WT thread but this was super thin. I dont think Ill order it again.

The very, very best thread I have ever used. It seems pricey, but I pieced and quilted and entire quilt with less than a whole spool and it quality is phenomenal. Minimal breakage, fine and silky and doesnt lint! This is all I will use from now on.

This is the only 2-ply 50 I can find. Id like more colors.
