Aurifil 50 wt. thread is fantastic. I use it for piecing quilts, quilting, and for decorative stitches. The company is also a class act.

Ive heard great things about Aurifil and I like the weight of this thread for my piecing, but honestly, it is more linty than the cheap quilting thread I was using by Coats & Clark. I wish I had bought a smaller spool to try it out.

I am a quilter and I love using this thread. My sewing machine likes it also. I have never had a problem with it and there are so many beautiful colors to choose from!
