When I began quilting, after a 20 year hiatus, I kept hearing about this thread. I thought I would try it out. I did and it is wonderful. Great for piecing and machine quilting your quilt tops. This thread is versatile and durable. It comes in a wide variety of colors. The 1422 yard spool goes a long way.

definitely was not happy when It came in the mail, it was less than half the size that i expected. but it works, nice color, just way expensive for size.

I am enjoying this thread. It seems good quality. I think I should have chosen another color than this steel gray, perhaps a light grey would be better. But, a person cant have too much thread.

I am sold on Aurifil quilting thread. It is strong yet without bulk. Sews very smoothly with few, if any, fray strands and has no lint.

I love this thread when I am sewing quilts. It is strong and does not lint up my sewing machine, This is a good basic color for sewing darker fabrics.

This thread is great! I saw that a lot of quilting bloggers were raving about Aurifil and I wanted to try it out. I got a great deal on amazon and I really love it. The threat is thin but very strong. I have used in for quilt piecing and so far I love it!
