This tool takes the headache out of guest work if you dont know the correct size. Order chain for tow behind 15 to 25 years old spike drop seeds spreads and did not have the correct size or link. I ordered the chain about 3 to 4 inches longer to be sure work great

I used this to break the chain on the lift system of a vintage camper my wife owns. It worked well but I have only used it once so I cant rate the durability.

This is a great tool if you have to add or subtract links in a chain. Much easier than the others Ive had. Sorry I didnt have this sooner. It breaks the chain with ease. I use another tool to put the chain back together.

So far so good. You have to push pin out from both sides. It’s not going to push pin out like a regular bicycle chain. If you do this the push pin should last just fine.

Great all around till breaks 415 chain like butter.

It couldn’t be any more simple than this, used it on a couple links on a 520 dirtbike chain, no problem so far, we’ll see how long it lasts.

Worked really well better then other methods of taking apart a chain. I like that they send you an extra point for the tool but kinda wish they would drill the center of one of the handles to use as a storage space for the extra tip.
