Good quality for the money and information on how to use was easy to understand.

Its a cheaply made tool but I wanted a cheap tool for this maybe once in awhile uses. It done the job well but wouldnt use it for a everyday tool. Did receive in one day and package well.

Sturdy construction, no chain

Its not big enough to actually fully detach the chain on a #40 dollar chain. It can loosen the pins so you can get it apart, but if youre trying to completely remove the pin between the links, its not going to work, the pin isnt long enough to push it all the way out.

I havent used it on a 415 chain yet. But I tried it on a bicycle chain and it didnt work very well. But what do you expect its not made for bicycle chains. So when I get my new motor and I go to set up the chain system I will use this. so far it looks good its heavy. And itll probably work better than the ones I got from Walmart at least I hope

Use for go cart chain replacement. Worked great. Easy to use. Pretty good quality

Low Star review, had the glue handle back in. Jaws don’t line up easily. A challenge getting the pins out but after a few attempts I was able to remove links. Never used a different style tool so can’t judge if another style is any better.

I used this to break the chain on the lift system of a vintage camper my wife owns. It worked well but I have only used it once so I cant rate the durability.

Easy to use

I needed it to shorten a chain for a go kart project. It was a little tricky to use at first but once I got it figured out it worked quite well.
