Wow! These energy bites are soooo delicious and a perfect quick snack! The honey cinnamon are delicious! One of the best healthy snacks out there!

The flavor reminds me a bit of marzipan, but not overwhelming in any way. The texture is a bit dense, but that’s to be expected from dates. Two come in a package, but one is enough for me for a midday snack. I love that they’re low calorie and filling.

I just recently tried out the Bahamii Bites and really loved it! The fact that there are whole organic ingredients in these bites and they really do give you an extra kick of energy in the middle of the day or post workout. Please give this a chance vs. your normal protein bars because these are so good!!

They were quite tasty! I purchased the cinnamon flavor and really enjoyed it. They were a tiny bit on the small side, however, it made the perfect on the go snack! Works as both an afternoon, and morning snack!

I love dates & dense bars such as these Bahamii bites! The package comes with 2 bites, they look small but because of how dense they are the 2 bites provide enough energy to last me the whole morning at work without getting hangry. Im a dental hygienist so I never have enough time to sit and eat so these bites are a lifesaver. The chocolate almond flavor is my fav, kind of reminds me of a brownie and not too sweet. Highly rec :)

I think the chocolate almond flavor is the best! It has more texture and the dates arent as overpowering as I found them to be in the honey cinnamon kind. Theyve been a great quick bite before going to the gym in the AM when I dont want to eat a lot. The only downside is the price point for me; I would probably go for a more substantial bar for an everyday snack than the bites, but they are a nice change of pace from the current energy/ granola bars out there!

The Bahamii Energy Bites compliment any weight-loss program. They are healthy, high in fiber, and relatively low in calories. These small bites give me a feeling of fullness and reduce my craving for sugar. Plus, they taste good! I highly recommend them.

I purchased the Cinnamon Vanilla flavor and highly recommend. The flavor is like vanilla figs and the texture is consistently smooth. I am vegan and very active and this is a great option to have on hand as a snack. The company is outstanding with communication and very friendly. I will be ordering again and trying more flavors.
