The package comes with 2 bites, they look small but because of how dense they are the 2 bites provide enough energy to last me the whole morning at work without getting hangry. Im a dental hygienist so I never have enough time to sit and eat so these bites are a lifesaver. The chocolate almond flavor is my fav, kind of reminds me of a brownie and not too sweet.
