08-06-2025How much energy any supplement provides is honestly subjective. However, my experience is that I get a subtle but sustained energy boost from these bites. I usually hit bottom around 4pm most days, right before I want to workout. Taking these before my workouts seems to get me going and keep me going while exercising. Its not a sudden boost that I immediately notice. I just realize later that Im was no longer tired and able to work. They taste pretty good too! I do wish that there was more information on the packaging about quantifying their energy boost and what that actually means, instead of just mentioning dates as their #1 ingredient. Other energy bites have information about how much energy they provide but these bites dont.

> 3 dayThese bites are the perfect snack if you are looking for a boost of energy or taste of something sweet! The ingredients are simple and yet it tastes so good! It tastes like dates but in little brownie bites and has a gooey texture. I got the chocolate almond flavor. I carry these in my backpack and car for when that sweet-tooth hits in the middle of a busy day.
