I tried these for the first time and LOVED them! I used them specifically as pre-workout energy and a treat at end of day. They taste sweet with minimal sugar content and had positive reaction on my blood sugar. The texture is also great (not too grainy or chewy like other brands Ive tried). 5-star review and recommended to my friends / family to try out!!

These bites are very tasty. The texture was similar to biting into a brownie and actually the chocolate almond one tastes just like a brownie. I also had the Honey Cinnamon ones and they were really tasty as well. The ingredients are super clean and simple too. Super satisfying and no guilt. My favorite kind of snacks!

Good flavor and nice for a pre workout snack. Packaging was too big for the little bites. Would probably opt for something a little cheaper and a little bigger

Wow! I am actually so impressed by these. Each bite is only 90 calories and there are 2 bites per pack. They are genuinely really good and on the lower calorie end for energy bites. Yum! I love eating them before my morning walk
