> 3 dayI bought this as a replacement for a smaller strip. I like that it has 12 outlets. The cord length is pretty long compared to the strip Im replacing. It seems to be well made and lightweight. Its nice that they thought of cable management to tame the nest of snakes most people have behind their entertainment consoles.

> 3 dayIve always had problems with power strips that had their plugs spaced too close together. Inevitably Id always find myself having to carefully arrange the larger wall warts at the end of the strips so that their long back ends didnt cover other plugs. This one is great because it can hold multiple large wall-wart style plugs without blocking outlets and making them useless. I like this design so much that this is my second one. I use one behind my living room entertainment console for my TV, cable box, sound system, etc. and this new one is for my office where I have computers, lights, computer monitors, a TV, and some musical equipment plugged into it.

> 3 dayWe got this to use in our living room where the TV, cable box, DVR, speakers, etc. are all plugged in. Where we live the power has brief, seconds only outages a couple times a month (we were told it has to do with all the construction, line and equipment replacement, and roadwork around us that will be going on for the next few years) so the last thing we want is for something to get fried when the power comes surging back on. This strip from Belkin has worked out well for the last several months, especially during the ice storms that came through this winter. Though it is a bit large and bulky, it has provided decent protection for our electronics. Even though our home is grounded, we do not have a main surge protector. Because of this, we always unplug items during bad storms with frequent lightening, as I have yet to hear of any surge protector stopping a direct or close-by lightening strike from frying pretty much anything that is plugged in at the time of the strike. Regardless of the fact that Belkin claims to warranty your items plugged in to its surge protection devices against lightening strikes, thats not really the case. Maybe their products do prevent damage from lightening strikes that hit a local transformer, sub-station, or tree that then falls across a line, but thats about it. The amount of energy from a direct or close strike is far more energy than these strips can handle. Even a direct strike could fry electronics that arent even plugged in at the time.

Greater than one weekI had a 6 outlet surge protector, but finally there were too many things to hook up at once. We have this exact same surge protector at work, and it works great. I especially like the spacing so that you can plug in plenty of box plugs as well as regular plugs.

Greater than one weekThis is my favorite surge protector. Like everyone else, I have about a million different surge protectors lying around my house, and as the corded devices go, this one is my favorite. It sits low on the floor, has a lot of outlets, and the outlets are ideally placed for both transformers and plain plugs. Since discovering this style, it is the only corded style that I buy now.

> 3 dayAwesome plug strip. Thin profile. I can plug in anything I need to behind my TV. The wide spaced outlets are critical these days since devices are getting smaller, and more and more transformers are becoming externalized. The cable jacks are kind of unnecessary as in most plugs strips because they actually do more harm than good for signals, ask any cable installer.

> 3 dayThis is easily one of my favorite Amazon purchases for how completely it met my needs. Its sturdy, reliable, and has plenty of well-placed plugs for all of my streaming setup essentials. Invaluable addition to my setup, and Im probably going to purchase another for my living room devices.

> 3 dayIt is a very nice power strip. Nice design so that no outlet spot is wasted. I debated between this one and the amazon basic one. I finally chose this one because it is used in my bedroom but the amazon one has a bright green light. This power strip has no noticeable light, which is perfect for the bedroom! Looks sturdy. The only thing is at the end, there are some connection port, I assume is for phone or internet. However, I have no use of them. So maybe they should consider get rid of those ports.
