Simple and useful. I have it in the living room between two sofas and use it to plug in my phone chargers

I brought this at the same time as APC SurgeArrest Surge Protector Model P11VT3 as a comparison. Received the Belkin first, the APC 5 days later. Both are similar. The Belkin BE112230-08 has 12 outlets (vs 11 in the APC-each has 6 outlets to accomodate transformer blocks), slim design (1 thin), can handle 3940 Joules (vs 3020 Joules in the APC), and has a cable management system. Both has 8 cord. The APC 11VT3 comes with cable and phone cords and two cord management straps.

This product is great for a person with numerous peripherals. Personally, I use it at my computer desk, but Im sure it would work just as well anywhere else in the house. (My computer desk has been collecting hard drives since 2005, as well as a 7.1 speaker setup, lamp, phone, digital frame, and the actual computer.) Before having this, I use to have to choose which drive or which lamp I would need so I could plug some out and the others back in. No more with this power strip. Everything has a place, and I even have some room to spare.

because I felt the spacing would be good for my larger plugs. Im not using all twelve outlets but I do have 3 over-sized plugs and they fit on here well with the other plugs going down the center strip. I honestly didnt want or care about the phone or coaxial jacks. However, I figured I would go ahead and try the phone jacks because I had seen some comments that it either didnt work at all or there was a loud hum through the phone. I plugged the line from the wall into the outside jack and the line from my phone into the one next to it. I tested it out and it works great. There is power, dial tone, and no humming. There is a UL certification label on the back so Im trusting it to do its job. But I do hope I never have to find out if it actually protects from surges.

Look behind your TV. See that jumble of wires? This one power strip can get it all organized, and provide surge protection as well. Do you really need a dozen sockets? Lets see: TV, Roku, Kodi box, sound bar, bass woofer, cable box, lamp, clock, VCR, DVR, OTA antennae rotor, cooling fan for android box or external hard drive.

These are quite great...I have been looking for some of these that are thin and have a good amount of space so that you can actually use all of the plugs. These have the perfect amount of space between the plugs so it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I have a place where I have all kinds of weirdly angled plugs that needed to be plugged so a regular space bar was not working. There is literally not a single plug being covered here so there is absolutely no waste. Also, the thickness (or thinness) is really great because you can basically fit it anywhere (including under furniture). Last thing -- the light is not insanely bright. There are other comparable products that are insanely bright so that they dont work in a bedroom. This one is subtle so it is not a problem. Overall, great product.

This is the second one I have purchased and it has been solid. Had a power surge about a month ago and this strip did the job by taking the brunt of the surge and saving all my valuable PC gaming equipment. The strip was toast, but before it got fried, had it for about 10 years and it worked like it should .

This is a great power strip and surge protector. I especially like the flat, right angled plug that sits flush with the wall. It makes cable management much easier. I have nearly every outlet on it filled, and I have never had an issue with it.

These are great. I got so sick of my plug bars always being full and no place to add more stuff so I replaced them with these bad boys and now I have lots of room! The outlets are arranged along the outside so those annoying bricks dont block the other outlets, which really helps a lot. Nice long cord. Warns when not grounded. Lifetime warranty too. Well worth the price.
