Bell Axle Youth Bike Helmet

My daughter loved the vivid colors, just as pictured online. Easy to fit and comfortable - per my 7 y/o. Not too hot for her head which for her is important. Priced well. Hopefully she will never fall hard enough to test the safety of the helmet! I was referred to Bell by an avid biker stating this was a good quality brand for the basic rider.

I was expecting a better quality, acceptable, but not as good as I have expected.

Total joke, does not adjust well. Too bad, such a good looking helmet.

Its a gift. Christmas has not come yet. I hope its quality , long lasting. Hope they love it.

I bought this for my 54cm 8 year old. Its way way too big, and theres no way to adjust it except the chin strap, which makes the chin strap too tight, and then the whole thing is held on by the 2 of elastic on the back. I could easily pull it off, and it didnt come close to passing the tightness test where his whole head should rotate when I twist the top. Even if this did get tight enough around, I wouldnt let him wear it. Elastic??? Jeez. Returning for something safe.
