This yarn is very soft and very thick.I bought one skein at local fabric store but didnt get enough to finish baby blanket. I was working too far from the store to go back and buy another so I ordered online. I was nervous about I being a different lot number and the colors not matching. But they matched perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I also bought a small dove grey skein to create a border. The label wasnt clear how many skeins I needed for a project, almost like there was some printing missing. It also wasnt clear what colors were included, so I winged it to match the dove grey. Luckily I picked out the right one and my friend loved the blanket. Id buy this again.

I used this yarn to crochet the bunny in the photos. I love the softness of the yarn and that it works up with ease. With Bernat yarns from Amazon you can count on value for your money.

This Bernat Baby Blanket yarn is among my most favorite yarns to knit with ! In our small community, a lot of us knit for charitable organizations, and I use this particular yarn for baby blankets, and for prayers shawls. The yarn is warm, comfy and soft, and you can just tell that the people who receive our blankets and prayer shawls are going to be comforted by our work. Thank you for this Super Great Yarn :-D

Unfortunately, my favorite Bernat yarn for the baby outfits and blankets is no longer made, so I bought this. Doing the baby blanket for a friends new child, but not sure it will work for the outfit and hoping I have enough of the discontinued yarn to knit those. Beautiful yarn and going to be a gorgeous blanket.

Love this yarn. It’s so soft. It makes a warm blanket. Since the string is thick a beginner with a large hook should find this product easy to work with. It is also easy to rip stitches out if you make a mistake while crocheting with the yarn. Only drawback is the price. It can be expensive when making a pattern. I recommend practicing with a less expensive yarn before buying this for a beginner with a project in mind.

This is heavy and soft....not light and soft. I intended to make a scarf for my little girl, but it is so heavy, that I ended up making it bigger, and using it as a throw rug in her bedroom.

Good quality! The holds up very well. I’ve bought the smaller ball from a local store, when I have to unravel and redo my project a few times, that yarn seemed to fray and get weaker. I didn’t have that problem with this one.

Great for blankets. It washes really well and it’s so soft!! Don’t buy for more than $10 a skein though, it’s not worth THAT much! *Yarn pictured is same blanket yarn, just a different color way.
