Bernat Blanket Bright Yarn, Carrot Orange

I am SO happy with this yarn! The colors are beautiful. Im currently making a baby afgan for our great-granddaughter....but I like it so much Im thinking Ill buy more and make an afghan for us!!!

I love all of Bernats blanket yarn, and the baby yarn. Ive knitted blankets and (winter) dresses with it. I also think this is a good yarn if you like to do bigger projects, but dont have patience set to 100%... I can knit a dress for my toddler in just a few hours. Or if you like soft materials that dont feel scratchy on your fingers. I like to use thicker knitting needles than recommended for airier products, especially for winter clothing. The bigger all the holes are, the more room for air to heat up between your body and your winter jacket or coat. Theres a few knots here and there, but doesnt seem to be any more than other yarns Ive used, and theyre tied hard, and I havent had anything unravel so far. Id love these yarns in a thinner version as well.

This yarn is so squishy and soft! For an adult size throw (60”x50”) I used 40oz/1,440g or just under 4 big balls. Ch 95 with 8mm hook, then stitch simple DCs on every row until desired length and I added a HDC border with a 10mm hook. I had 2.5oz left over. I do recommend washing it before gifting your items because it smells strongly of the plastic it was shipped in, but it is so lovely!

I have been trying to track down this color of bernat yarn for a while and it did not dissapoint, it was so soft and cute, so of course it was used up immediately.

Love the color - it was just what I needed to finish my blanket. Only drawback was the price. I thought the package was a little expensive. I really cant complain thought - I could not find that color anywhere else. Great service on the delivery time. Thank You!

Soft and love the color but has multiple places where its tied together and random black spots throughout the skein. Also a bit thinner than most Bernat Blanket yarn for some reason.

I just opened the second skein like before I ordered. I find it is not the same chunky nor is it the same die light color. More to my disappointment I realize that the cost is five dollars more than the first one. I need for a gift I was making. I am 84 years old and cannot get out to buy another gift. I am so disappointed with u I am a good customer and I live on social security. The five dollars is a lot for me. I hope u don’t treat ur other customers like this.
