> 3 daySeems like a great product, but was missing lag screws and carabiner clips. I went to the hardware store and purchased what i needed, but it added another $20+ to the cost.

> 3 dayMy husband wanted to make sure we had a heavy duty support system. He is very pleased with these supports. This also meant he didnt have to make a trip to the hardware store.

> 3 dayI bought these to install for a swing in a pergola. Not only are they heavy-duty, they are heavy in weight. Well-made and should be durable and last a long time. It was a good purchase for what I needed.

> 3 dayThe instructions were hard to follow. I wasnt aware that if my joists were 16 inches on center (mine are) as apposed to 18 inches the instructions and product wouldnt work. Well we made our own work arounds and the product works very well, but we had to redial a couple of holes to get the screws through and we had come up with a way to use the product with 16 inch joist placement.

> 3 dayWe used them in the house for the kids playroom and they work like a dream. You can hear a bit of a squeak but nice

> 3 dayThis is very nice. Super heavyweight feels very durable. Just make sure you have an impact wrench or your shoulder and arm will really get a workout.

Greater than one weekI ordered a set of two just to see how this would work. It didn’t come with four lag bolts that were needed to install. The closest hardware is about 25 minutes away and the bolts were about 2.70 each and I needed 4 for the install. Once I got the bolts the install is pretty simple. Drill holes with a bit.then drill the lag bolts using a socket attachment. It’s best to use a 1/2 inch drill that is a plug-in not cordless. After that drill away. The swing works great just wish that the bolts came with it as the second set of two I bought came with them. Now I’m out more time and money to return the 4 I got for the second set.

01-12-2024We had tried multiple ways to attach our swing to a tree branch that sloped upwards. For a few years we had a chain wrapped over the branch; while this worked (until the friction eventually wore through one of the links) it create huge gouges in the branch. We then wen through a series of tree straps all of which frayed and broke - some within days, some within weeks. These have worked perfectly - had to cut 2 small flat sections in the branch to screw these to but they have stayed solid for a year now; no more damage to the branch, no straps or chains braking and sending kids sprawling on the ground. Added a little bit of grease to stop some squeaking but other than that perfect.
