> 3 dayI feel like this is all anyone should be looking for in a post-workout protein mix its the only one ive found that isnt full of fake sugar or synthetic enhancement chemicals that some goon who put Dr. in front of his name liberally tosses in and puts a massive markup on even though no one knows what any of that stuff does, it just looks good on the shiny foil sticker this powder is clean, simple, and has helped me get results...the powder is VERY fine so it mixes well, and i highly recommend this Natural flavor that has a pleasant faint sweetness...be careful if you find this stuff at the store to make sure its the natural flavor, because the packaging on the super gross vanilla flavor looks exactly the same...might as well just buy it here since Amazon is the cheapest anyway

Greater than one weekThis product is pretty amazing! It was recommended to me by my sister-who is diabetic- but is very active and fit (her nutritionist told her it was the best choice of whey protein)!! It does not disappoint.. 20g of protein and only 120-ish cal. I think your body wont process more than 20-ish gr. of protein per sitting anyway. I am taking because I am trying to get in shape- joined the gym, eating more healthy bla bla. I wanted to lose the weight I had put on during the holidays, and my trainer recommended increasing my protein intake. Although eating more fish/chicken is ideal, I am a FT college student and work PT time so my schedule is hectic needless to say. But now, I just make a big shake in the morning and take it with me when I know I wont have time to eat a proper lunch. Its tasty and I get my protein.. WIN WIN..Although it really doesnt taste bad with just plain water, I recommend mixing it with some skim milk and fruit for added taste and nutrition (I have choc. fudge flavor). Actually, the best shake with this is: 1cup milk, 1tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1 serving [choc. fudge] powder and blend! MMMMmmmamazing. Lastly, spoon and cup doesnt work too well, BUT you DONT need a blender in order to mix it thoroughly, as long as you can shake it in something with a lid (water bottle). GET IT!! GET IT!!

> 3 dayThis is the first time that Ive tried a chocolate flavored protein powder, and Im very pleased. I mix with milk, and it tastes great...not too sweet. I use half scoop at a time, so the overall value is favorable as well. Will purchase again!

> 3 dayWe’ve been ordering this problem powder mix now for almost a year. Before using this one we used another that gave poor results and nearly messed up my husbands circulation. This one however has pure protein, low calories and actually tastes good. It absorbs into the body quickly and you see faster results. He works out ones a day and uses the mix before and after working out. You can definitely tell a difference before and after he started taking this one. I’d recommend this one to anyone concerned about what other mixes contain and wants to see results.

Greater than one weekA great way to get protein in your diet. I use the natural, because in the morning Im not interested in food so I might was well skip the flavors. This product is probably the best mixing protein powder that I have ever used. Con: the measuring scoop is a joke. It is awkward. The flavored versions of this brand come with a short scoop that you use two of. This one comes with an extra deep scoop you are supposed to use one of. With the size of the container, it just simply is impractical and messy to try to use. Based on weight and if I compact it a bit, I can use the shorter scoop from one of the flavored containers x2 and end up with the right number of grams on the scale, for serving size. Pro: enjoy the easy mixing. The natural flavor is not delicious and not disgusting, it truly is a neutral that would probably work in very well if someone wanted to make protein shakes.
