> 3 dayI have been using this product for years. I really love the taste, it’s smooth. I usually make a protein drink now that I’m getting older and for workout. The sugar free taste no different then the regular protein all the flavor taste great. I would recommend this product to whoever is looking for more protein in their daily life.

> 3 dayFrom what Ive read online, whey is one of the safest protein sources (the plant-based stuff sounds good until you read about all of the chemicals like arsenic, mercury and lead that come from the environment and are concentrated in particularly brown rice). The Natural version of this product doesnt list any sugars or sweeteners or artificial flavors. Using a full scoop (supplied but buried about half-way into the powder) makes a creamy glass of milk. I use half a scoop to make it last longer, and Im not sure I need the full 20g of additional protein. The product isnt very easy to dissolve, so I use a little bit of hot water and fill the rest of glass with whole milk to offset the dilution. Overall, exactly what is described.

> 3 dayIn addition to being very delicious, the powder mix is very light and well grounded! A night and day difference from the old whey protein mix I was using! Definitely an upgrade in overall quality!

Greater than one weekThis protein powder has a good taste, mixes well in a blender, and has high ratings for being free of chemicals and heavy metals. After some reading, I found this is one of the lowest cholesterol whey protein powder that was listed on the web. The puori brand one was the highest rated for quality. However that has more cholesterol. I bought this one and have been having it every few days after a hard workout. Not a lot of sugar and and no artificial sweeteners, which is good (to me. ) I will buy it again. I may try an unflavored protein. I would like to try the organic biochem, but it is much more expensive. Some notes: the scoop is buried in the canister and can be hard to find. The canister top seals well, so it stays fresh. If you don’t mix protein powders you probably don’t know that they don’t mix well in cold water or anything ice cold. Room temp for the best mixing. I use ice cold skim milk in a blender for 2 minutes with half a boiled green plantain, 2 tbsp peanut butter powder, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, half cup of Ezekiel cereal and the biochem whey. About 65 to 70 grams of protein. Mixes smooth.

> 3 dayI purchased this whey protein with two main motives: First, to add quick protein into my diet to stave off hypoglycemic crashes. Second, to pack on muscle as Ive begun lifting weights in earnest. My first motivation seems to have been met. After drinking some of this whey protein I feel a bit more alert and seem to be able to handle sweets better. Im still unsure if its a placebo effect however. My second motivation also seems to have been met. Since consistently drinking one serving a day (usually during a workout) I have noticed steady muscle growth at a rate that is higher than before I was taking in more fast uptake proteins like this whey. Of course, I take in good muscle-growing proteins in other forms as well, but this whey protein is an essential part of my muscle-building protein diet. Usage Tips: 1) This stuff does not mix well with a spoon. It takes a heavyweight beating to get it to mix and even then there are clumps stuck to the spoon and side of the glass. Try putting it in a blender or using an emulsifier. 2) This natural flavor whey doesnt taste bad, but doesnt taste good either. I put it in milk which makes it palatable, but still a little funny tasting. I usually just chug it down to get it over with when Im drinking it plain. 3) Keeping 1 and 2 in mind, I recommend mixing a serving of this whey with a serving of some other powdered drink. In my case, I use malt flavored ovaltine. Put the two powders together in a glass and then thoroughly mix them before pouring in your liquid (milk is my favorite). It keeps the whey from clumping and also gives it a great taste. The whey flavor, which by itself is a bit unpleasant, actually enhances the flavor of the malt ovaltine and vice-versa. However, chocolate ovaltine is not such a good combo, in my opinion. One more thing of note: the calories are as rock bottom as science allows. By nature one gram of protein has 4 calories and one serving of this whey protein is 20 grams of protein with 80 calories. Do the math... thats as lean as you can get. All in all, this is a great product and you cant beat the price for the amount you get.

> 3 dayInitially I really liked this product but over a few months of using this a few times a week I found it really didn’t agree with me. My husband continues to use it but it’s availability fluctuates and it’s pricey.
