Greater than one weekI feel like this is all anyone should be looking for in a post-workout protein mix its the only one ive found that isnt full of fake sugar or synthetic enhancement chemicals that some goon who put Dr. in front of his name liberally tosses in and puts a massive markup on even though no one knows what any of that stuff does, it just looks good on the shiny foil sticker this powder is clean, simple, and has helped me get results...the powder is VERY fine so it mixes well, and i highly recommend this Natural flavor that has a pleasant faint sweetness...be careful if you find this stuff at the store to make sure its the natural flavor, because the packaging on the super gross vanilla flavor looks exactly the same...might as well just buy it here since Amazon is the cheapest anyway

> 3 dayI purchased this whey protein with two main motives: First, to add quick protein into my diet to stave off hypoglycemic crashes. Second, to pack on muscle as Ive begun lifting weights in earnest. My first motivation seems to have been met. After drinking some of this whey protein I feel a bit more alert and seem to be able to handle sweets better. Im still unsure if its a placebo effect however. My second motivation also seems to have been met. Since consistently drinking one serving a day (usually during a workout) I have noticed steady muscle growth at a rate that is higher than before I was taking in more fast uptake proteins like this whey. Of course, I take in good muscle-growing proteins in other forms as well, but this whey protein is an essential part of my muscle-building protein diet. Usage Tips: 1) This stuff does not mix well with a spoon. It takes a heavyweight beating to get it to mix and even then there are clumps stuck to the spoon and side of the glass. Try putting it in a blender or using an emulsifier. 2) This natural flavor whey doesnt taste bad, but doesnt taste good either. I put it in milk which makes it palatable, but still a little funny tasting. I usually just chug it down to get it over with when Im drinking it plain. 3) Keeping 1 and 2 in mind, I recommend mixing a serving of this whey with a serving of some other powdered drink. In my case, I use malt flavored ovaltine. Put the two powders together in a glass and then thoroughly mix them before pouring in your liquid (milk is my favorite). It keeps the whey from clumping and also gives it a great taste. The whey flavor, which by itself is a bit unpleasant, actually enhances the flavor of the malt ovaltine and vice-versa. However, chocolate ovaltine is not such a good combo, in my opinion. One more thing of note: the calories are as rock bottom as science allows. By nature one gram of protein has 4 calories and one serving of this whey protein is 20 grams of protein with 80 calories. Do the math... thats as lean as you can get. All in all, this is a great product and you cant beat the price for the amount you get.

Greater than one weekThis product is pretty amazing! It was recommended to me by my sister-who is diabetic- but is very active and fit (her nutritionist told her it was the best choice of whey protein)!! It does not disappoint.. 20g of protein and only 120-ish cal. I think your body wont process more than 20-ish gr. of protein per sitting anyway. I am taking because I am trying to get in shape- joined the gym, eating more healthy bla bla. I wanted to lose the weight I had put on during the holidays, and my trainer recommended increasing my protein intake. Although eating more fish/chicken is ideal, I am a FT college student and work PT time so my schedule is hectic needless to say. But now, I just make a big shake in the morning and take it with me when I know I wont have time to eat a proper lunch. Its tasty and I get my protein.. WIN WIN..Although it really doesnt taste bad with just plain water, I recommend mixing it with some skim milk and fruit for added taste and nutrition (I have choc. fudge flavor). Actually, the best shake with this is: 1cup milk, 1tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1 serving [choc. fudge] powder and blend! MMMMmmmamazing. Lastly, spoon and cup doesnt work too well, BUT you DONT need a blender in order to mix it thoroughly, as long as you can shake it in something with a lid (water bottle). GET IT!! GET IT!!

Greater than one weekThis is by far the best protein powder that I have ever used. I used to be a fan of EAS, but they do not make protein powder anymore. Upon research on the clean label project, this is the one of the only chocolate protein powders with a 5 star rating. You can taste the quality in every sip. I was hesitant because some reviews say that it tastes bad, however I think it tastes fairly good. With water, it is not foamy or creamy; it is merely a protein supplement. With milk, however, it is far creamier (like most protein powders) and deserves 5 stars. I would definitely recommend buying this protein powder. The only thing I wish they had were bigger sizes so that I could buy in bulk!

> 3 dayI was using a different protein shake which is sold out everywhere and decided to try this one. Tastes delicious with fat free milk I tried with water was not a fan.. Two scoops of protein and 6-8oz of milk. It really tastes like chocolate milk. Absolutely love it.

> 3 dayMy husband and I drink this every morning for breakfast. We use the sugar free vanilla and chocolate. I like to mix mine with milk; he uses water - milk makes it richer and like a shake. Both flavors are good and healthy way to start the day.
