> 24 hourIm only getting about 12 hours of print time before the teeth are too warn to work. I have only used PLA. The stock brass drive gear lasted MUCH longer

> 24 hourThese gears grip the filament very well. They dont slip and generally provide nice results. In 3D printing, there are always little things that add up and these are a good inexpensive item to ensure that the whole system is running smoothly over long periods of time. Most people will have good results with this on a single gear extruder. The only weakness I have seen is that with certain prints that have a lot of retractions, there will be flattening of the filament. This may lead to under extrusion or even complete blocking of the Bowden tube. So if a certain print has fine detail such as fine embossed text, the retractions will add up and begin crushing PLA filament before the filament reaches far into the Bowden tube. Hence, this will lean on a slicer setting for Max Retractions.

> 24 hourI got this as an upgrade to my CR-10S, which seems to work a lot better than the factory brass one. After installation all you have to do is calibrate your E-Steps, which I used a video by SanTube 3D off YouTube to explain the process. Afterwards I would suggest re-flashing the firmware with the new calculation of your E-Steps as some printers may vary, so you wont have to keep putting the E-Steps in every time when you turn off or restart your printer.

> 24 hourI was having clogs and extruder gear clicking sounds...turns out the teeth on my old gear had started to wear down. After checking my retraction settings and every other thing, settled on trying these out. Was NOT disappointed! Awesome to have some spares as well.

> 24 hourI was hesitant at first because from the pictures they look like they only have a single grub screw. I took a chance because of the price. Was relieved when I found that they do have 2 grub screws. Easy to install on my Ender 3 v2 with upgraded aluminum extruder. I did have to readjust my esteps slightly, but thats 100% expected. Havent noticed any skips and seems to wear less than the brass one it came with.
