BISSELL Revolution HydroSteam Pet Carpet Cleaner, 3432

It cleaned my rug like it should have so Im happy. I just hope it lasts a long time for the price but well see.... Very good product, I love it, it took stains out of my rug I couldnt do with other shampooers, but they didnt have the steam.

The people at Bissell support were not at all helpful . Just told me to return the machine

I absolutely love this BISSELL Revolution carpet cleaner. Simple to assemble right out of the box. First used this on the bedroom rugs and impressed with how well this carpet cleaner did and how much dirt was pulled from the carpet. I definitely needed a pet carpet cleaner as I have three dogs and mistakes happen on the carpets. The carpet smells so fresh now. Used the cleaner also on living room sofa and chair and worked great on them also. Long cord is definitely a bonus for me. So simple to use and a fantastic cleaning machine.

This machine has a very satisfying fit and finish to it with a lot of thinking and experience behind its construction, allowing us to be set up and shampooing our carpets in very little time. Once underway we were surprised to see how dirty the discard water became and found the entire process to be easy and intuitive. A genuine 5-star purchase.

I have been wanting a machine like this since the pandemic times! Seriously!, I will do another review to give it a another high mark rating. But…… there is some improvement that needs to happen also. Like bigger clean water tank and dirty water catch tank. And .. better accessories attachments ( a little more extended hose attachment for steep stairs) Thanks yaw

The Bissell Revolution was easy to assemble and easy to use. Instructions are included, but the set up was so easy, I didnt even use them. I love the upholstery attachment functionality. It cleans very good and made my sofa look new again. It works great for carpet and made it look so fresh and clean. On a side note Id like to add that it has an extra long cord which is a plus in my book! This machine is a little on the heavy side but it is well built and very sturdy.

I’m pretty disappointed with this product. Today was my first day using it I was able to get through my bedroom. It seems to work really well, but by the time that I made it through the hallway and to my daughters bedroom, it stopped distributing solution. Tried to reach out to Bissell and got a busy signal. I’m just going to return it I guess.

So far this carpet cleaner works better than my previous one. (brand name starts with H). The solution dispenser is consistent and not intermittent. The steam is quick and hot. Very impressed. LIKES + Works Great + Consistent Solution Dispenser + Good Steam DISLIKES - Heavy - Value

First, trying to troubleshoot was a pain in the butt, I usde the QR code, and I got another ad. Finally able to get to a chat and half hour later the response I got was here’s your local repair shop since it’s under warranty… WTF?!? I don’t have time to screw with this, I have a new rescue puppy who isn’t housebroken. So much for being so supportive. Returning to Amazon, much faster than dealing with Bissell.
