> 3 dayWe ordered this to replace my daughters screen and the touch screen did not work after replacing it. We had to take it to the store and they had to replace this screen we just bought. Waste of money, don’t buy.

> 3 dayThe screen and tools were great. It was the correct screen for the iPad model we specified. However, there were no instructions included in the package. No worries, we thought. There are plenty of YouTube videos. That is true, but locating the correct video instructions with a YouTube search is not easy. We found two that said the connectors are on the left side. On our iPad they are on the right side, which led us to damage the home button connector ribbon. That isn’t part of this kit. How can there be no instructions?!? As an Amazon Prime supplier, the vendor accepted our return and refunded the cost. They deserve credit for that service. The replacement process isn’t too bad. Removing the old screen is scary and messy. Once that is off, the remainder is easy. Be careful and take your time. Use plenty of heat to soften the original adhesive. Wear gloves so as to not burn your fingers. Consider screen replacements that include the home button and camera brackets. This kit does not.

08-06-2025It was perfect for my iPad. I’d rate this as an intermediate repair job. I’ve done a few phone, tablet, and laptop home repairs before, but am no pro. This was a fairly straightforward fix. I was able to do the complete digitizer swap with the provided tools plus a razor blade, blow dry, and a little glue.
