> 3 dayThe screen and tools were great. It was the correct screen for the iPad model we specified. However, there were no instructions included in the package. No worries, we thought. There are plenty of YouTube videos. That is true, but locating the correct video instructions with a YouTube search is not easy. We found two that said the connectors are on the left side. On our iPad they are on the right side, which led us to damage the home button connector ribbon. That isn’t part of this kit. How can there be no instructions?!? As an Amazon Prime supplier, the vendor accepted our return and refunded the cost. They deserve credit for that service. The replacement process isn’t too bad. Removing the old screen is scary and messy. Once that is off, the remainder is easy. Be careful and take your time. Use plenty of heat to soften the original adhesive. Wear gloves so as to not burn your fingers. Consider screen replacements that include the home button and camera brackets. This kit does not.

> 3 dayI did change the broken screen. It was not as easy as it seemed. Final result: not that perfect fit.

> 3 daySimple and straight forward - use a YouTube video and just pause it when the video gets ahead of you. Looks just like original and operates like new as well. If you install this and nothing works, one of your connections probably isn’t secure, or came loose. Take it apart and reconnect them. I would recommend putting it back together first without the screws or glue, to make sure it’s working correctly. I would also use some kind of rubber-type adhesive in addition to the tape that comes on the screen.

> 3 dayThis product worked very well and I would buy for them again with no problem at all. The only thing that needs to be better is the adhesive

> 3 dayMy fault for not making sure it works before glueing it. The screen only works on certain areas and I have to turn my iPad upside down to use the keypad. I can’t return it because it’ll break when I take it off

> 3 dayI bought this one two years ago, it stopped working after a year and half. I think the lose adhesive is the reason why it stopped working, as it always has a gap between the back of iPad and the screen. I thought it still worth the money, so I decided to I get the same one. Surprisingly, they updated the glue and the adhesive is great. After a few weeks, the screen works just as a new iPad. I think it will last this time.
