This is the best neck fan! I wore it to a baseball game when the temperature was over 90 degrees and it kept my neck and head cool. I let my friends try it & now they are going to buy it. The neck fan has 4 levels of air. The first is a pulse setting that blows intermittent. The 2nd setting is low fan but it was the one I used the most when in the shade. The 3rd and 4th settings was awesome for direct sun. A full battery charge shows 3 lights. After 5 hrs of use on the 2nd & 3rd settings I still had 2 lights remaining. I highly recommend this fan for any outdoor activity when mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, at picnics, etc. it was a lifesaver from the Florida heat for me. I love it!

I like it. Its a fan, so of course you can hear it. I dont mind the noise level. But as someone else mentioned, it blows the air of whatever environment that you are in. So if you are outside and its hot, the air is warm-ish. If you are inside and there is ac, then it blows cool air. It worked well for me, walking through the airport, in a mask. It would be nice/better if it blew cool air all of the time. Battery life is okay, as far as I know. Ive used it multiple times, but not extended periods of time. The longest that Ive used it is a few hours.

Bought as a gift for a female friend in a hot weather country. She loves it.

What I would improve is lowering the noise. Other than that good product

I am a woman of a certain age and walking around with an old hand fan just wasnt doing it for me. This is my third neck fan. The first one was too obvious with its propellers. Plus my hair kept getting caught in it. This one is perfect. My hair cant get stuck in it. Its sleek and discreet. I have the black one. I wear it all the time. When I feel the heat coming on I just push a button and get instant relief. This neck fan can be heard by anyone sitting next to you. It has a great battery life that lasts for several hours before you have to recharge it.

This was a great fan while it worked. I got it July 11th and it quit working on Sept.4th.It didnt even last 2 months. Need to return this fan but there is NO return instructions. Warranty on box says 6 months. I have already ordered another fan and hoping this one will last longer Can someone please tell me how to return this fan?

Bought this to help with hot flashes. Doesnt stop the heat but does help make them more bearable. Comfortable to wear but *not* quiet. On the lowest continuous setting, I can barely hear the TV. Seems well built and sturdy. My hair doesnt get caught in it at all.
