This was a great fan while it worked. I got it July 11th and it quit working on Sept.4th.It didnt even last 2 months. Need to return this fan but there is NO return instructions. Warranty on box says 6 months. I have already ordered another fan and hoping this one will last longer Can someone please tell me how to return this fan?

This fan really works!!! It keeps you cool and goes with you where ever you go. I got one for my wife first, then after seeing she loved it, I bought one for myself. The only negative is the noise from the fan is right in your ears, nothing AirPods couldn’t fix.

Although there is noise, this neck fan works amazingly! The noise is not too much, Ive had other neck fans with louder fans and they were also heavier, so I am not complaining. And the battery life is great. I have been able to use this fan outside for 4 hours, on and off, and then was able to use it again the next day at the gym for 45 minutes with the same charge. The battery life is good, the weight is not heavy, it is flexible enough to position any way you need it, and the fan power is also a great plus. You will not regret buying this fan! I am actually buying another one now to keep in my gym bag all the time, unless charging of course.

The fan does a great job of keeping you cool, with multiple speeds. It is bendable/flexible so you can adjust where the air hits you. I appreciate that it doesnt blow in my face too much. It seems solidly made and the controls are easy to use, although when I first turn on the fan, it turns off after 10 seconds. When I turn it back on, it stays on so there is a workaround for that. The only thing to be aware of is that it is large for a small person. Im 4/10 with narrow shoulders and its pretty bulky for my size. However, I ordered another brand that is smaller and it doesnt cool as well which is my priority, so Im keeping this larger one.

It’s not magic but it helps. Look it’s not an air-conditioner around your neck. If you’re wearing it inside the building it helps a little bit it’s nice it’s worth the price. If you’re wearing it outside, standing in the sun and the heat it’s not gonna make a difference but the second you walk into the shade you will feel the temperature difference. It’s not exactly too noisy if you have regular hearing. it won’t bother you at all. I have a little bit of a hearing problem with background noise so if I have it on high it’s a little bit of an issue for conversation but I don’t think that’s what bothers a regular person

Alone, this fan works decently, but it does just push ambient hot air onto your neck and head. So when its really hot, there are limits to its effectiveness. Many years ago I learned the trick of putting a damp towel around your neck to keep cool. The wet towel will cool your head and neck, which makes a big difference in how hot you feel. Flash forward to today. Its been 100 degrees the past couple of days and I dont have air conditioning. What I did today was put a damp towel around my neck, then put this fan over the towel. Voila! Its like having one of those room evaporative coolers that you can carry around with you. I wish I had thought of this the first hot day. I was much more comfortable today with this combo. Give it a try. Youll like it. :)

I use this because I cant regulate my temperature and its great. Good battery life, charges pretty quickly, and comfortable to wear. I will probably end up buying a second once so I can always have a charged fan, once the batter is out you cant use it while plugged in which I wish was a feature, some other fans Ive tried let you use the low setting even while charging and its great in a pinch.

I was not expecting to be amazed, but I am. 4 stars because its not really flexible to position differently, light but just heavy enough that it wont stay in position other than hanging off neck, HOWEVER, its great as it is and I think it was worth the price for those hot summer nights at meetings where there is no AC or fans...Id buy some extras to sell at those meetings and get back what your invested, lol Great that it has 3 speeds, not heavy around the neck, rechargeable and no blades to tangle stuff in.

So I was planning on returning this as Ive only had it for a few days so far and one fan wasnt working from the start. I noticed it kept trying to start up and just wouldnt get going. I decided to start poking around with a bent paperclip and manually turning the fan a bit, and thats when I found this small rubber disc resting on a couple fan blades. From the areas I can see using a flashlight I cant tell where this thing belongs or if it was even supposed to be inside the unit, but I managed to dislodge it up the tube and manipulate its orientation so I could pull it out between the bars. Now the fan works properly so far. So Ill see how it goes and maybe update my rating in the future, but it was quite annoying that I had to go through so much trouble.
