> 3 dayI have hot flashes from hell. I have been having hot flashes for over 10 years so any relief for me is a step in the right direction. I came across this on Amazon and read some of the reviews and decided to try it. I kinda like it but the noise level is the biggest draw back. The fact that you have it next to your ear doesnt help. The breeze is great but is good and it cools me down. its convenient to put around my neck and I guess because my hot flashes last only a few minutes mean that I can put up with the noise but I just cant take it into my work environment with my customers. If they could work on the noise output, this would be a winner for hot flashes.

> 3 dayI am a woman of a certain age and walking around with an old hand fan just wasnt doing it for me. This is my third neck fan. The first one was too obvious with its propellers. Plus my hair kept getting caught in it. This one is perfect. My hair cant get stuck in it. Its sleek and discreet. I have the black one. I wear it all the time. When I feel the heat coming on I just push a button and get instant relief. This neck fan can be heard by anyone sitting next to you. It has a great battery life that lasts for several hours before you have to recharge it.

> 3 dayI use this out in the heat, mostly doing yardwork or working in the garden. Recently tried it while pruning a couple apartment complexes and it lasted the whole time. I havnt found out yet how long it will run for before cutting off really but so far its exceeded my expectations. Now it can effect how you hear like if someone is talking next to you because the wind is blowing across your ears as well.

> 3 dayI am sensitive to the heat so I always have a fan with me during outdoor activities in the warm months. The light pink color is nice and the fan is easy to use and charge. I like the idea of the fan and its convenience, but its not my go to fan. The air flow does not seem as strong as my hand-held fans or maybe its because I have minimal control over the direction of the air. Also, the fan is bulky, which causes the back of my neck to sweat while wearing. It does not cause neck problems during or after wearing, so I dont think the weight is really an issues..at least not for me.

> 3 dayI bought this portable fan to use at baseball games of a friend’s son. We live in the deep south, and really need it to keep cool. This fan really blows the air. It is a pretty pink color, and I love it. It is a life saver, and I can watch the games without as much danger of heat stroke.

> 3 dayYou know me: read the ones with many bad reviews before choosing these. A favorite feature is the mode called natural wind, the first setting when turning the fan on to the first of four fan speeds. Natural wind will turn the neck fan on for 5 seconds, off for 5 seconds, and so on. I take them for errands, so I can keep my cool when I get into the hot car, and the a/c is coming on. I cool-off from the walk to the car, much faster than without it. I wear it when Im going outside, and I know Ill be pretty much in the shade. Because theres a little bit of cool in the shade somewhere (hope!). Great example is mowing the yard, and short walks, and working in the garage. Whenever I come in from the heat Im sure to use it the minute I step inside. That alone helps me prevent a headache and just reduces how soon Ill be comfortable again! Darn heat! But I found some help. They last for hours. Of course if its just blazing hot, it will just blow hot air. I dont know, I wear it anyway.

Greater than one weekMy use is primarily at home, when I want to give the ac a break. With the heat and humidity of HK, this fan is a God send. I love that there are vents in the back, so that the back of my neck cools down fast. Most of time the first (low) setting is sufficient. When I want to feel more breeze in my face, Ill move it up to level 2 and angle it. I appreciate how you can adjust the shape, One time I walked around with it so it is possible to be that portable, but Im more comfortable to use it while sitting/reclining. Color is nice and the cushioning in the back is pretty comfy and smooth. Came charged, and charges really well. I think given my shorter use, it doesnt require that long to charge.

> 3 dayThis is the best neck fan! I wore it to a baseball game when the temperature was over 90 degrees and it kept my neck and head cool. I let my friends try it & now they are going to buy it. The neck fan has 4 levels of air. The first is a pulse setting that blows intermittent. The 2nd setting is low fan but it was the one I used the most when in the shade. The 3rd and 4th settings was awesome for direct sun. A full battery charge shows 3 lights. After 5 hrs of use on the 2nd & 3rd settings I still had 2 lights remaining. I highly recommend this fan for any outdoor activity when mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, at picnics, etc. it was a lifesaver from the Florida heat for me. I love it!

Greater than one weekSo I bought this for my husband and he adores it. My biggest complaints are that its loud, not the most comfortable, and the vents tend to catch mid to long hair. That being said it does work and in a pinch Im happy I have it.
