These work so much better than my old ones. The release is also easier to use. The bolt and self locking nut is VERY secure so have a good ratchet when you get ready to install them.

had a little trouble with the bolts being too tight in the lock washers but other than that these are wonderful. We were fast at the boat ramp but now we are like a NASCAR pit crew. Im getting my daughter some for her boat ASAP.

This is an excellent product. It takes the fuss out of launching and loading the boat. No more tangling and storing of tie-downs. I wish I had purchased years ago.

Best tie down on the market for hooking your boat up on the sides. not for the transom-they make a different product for that. I can signce nmy boat securely in 5 seconds per side. Awesome

Instead of buying the extra angle brackets to get buckle parallel with transom, I cut two pcs of 1 diameter black gas pipe a bit over an inch long, with about a 45 degree angle on one end of it. bolted on with 2.5 long 1/2 bolts washers and locknuts. strap is now flat to transom, and not touching, so it wont rub.

Used this to replace my OEM ones which broke. These are high quality for the money. Installed easily with just 2 wrenches in about 5 minutes and work perfectly. Handle is plastic coated. Will see how they hold up over time, but right now, very happy for the money.

Strong and looks real good on my trailer dont have to worry bout taking buckles off and putting them n the truck r what but now I can get my boat n the water faster by just one click of the buckles
