Buckle does exactly as advertised. Simple to install (longer bolts were required to span my trailer frame) and secures boat to trailer. Used as safety straps on front of pontoon rahter than on transom. Will probably spring for another pair to place on transom as they work great. Quick and easy to attach and tighten; quick and easy to loosen and remove.

You will save yourself time/headache trying to wonder where you left your strap. these buckles are so convenience for me. I was very skeptical at first but I received it, it was very heavy duty product. I highly recommend it.
