Using this converter, saved a lot of money by not calling in a electrician to modify the outlet.

I bought this & it fit to wall plug but not the dryer. Sent email tried to get instruction to return. Never heard back.

I just moved into a new home and much to my surprise my 2 yr old dryer couldn’t be plugged into the provided outlet in the garage. I called two electricians for help (and braced myself for the expense). One didn’t call me back at all and the one that did took days to do so. After a couple of weeks of not being able to do laundry it finally occurred to me to see if I could find an adapter. This one had the right 3 prong to 4 prong configuration that works and boy! It is a heavy duty cord! Its very short and very sturdy. It arrived in a couple if days (way less time than it took to get a return call) It stays put and was much more cost effective than getting a new outlet installed!

Great product for the use it offers

This adaptor did now work for my dryer. Tried to use and dryer sounded like there was a bowling ball in it. Took to repair shop and they replaced cord and the dryer worked fine. Was unable to return to Amazon because BF took more thand 30 days to install washer from when adaptor was purchased.

Product worked great. Plugged right into the wall’s 4 prong plug and the dryer’s 3 prong plug. Nice snug fit. No heating up. I recommend this adapter.
