I just have in the corner on the floor, next to a hanging toy. I didnt connect it so I can take it out easily to clean.

I have a little parrotlet or a pocket parrot unfortunately my eclectus bit little peties leg off so he has a hard time getting around his cage and when he goes to sleep sometimes he falls off perch in his cage so this worked out perfect Petey has a place that he can perch without worrying that hes going to fall to the bottom Im so happy that I got this

My twenty three year old Quaker loves her little platform. At her age, it’s challenging to grip her perches all day long so this gives her time to rest her feet. Cleaning it is a challenge, however, and after several washings the screws lose their grip. But because it is difficult to find these, I’m giving this five stars since it is an important resource for all birds.

The smell of this upon opening the box was concerning. I let it sit outside for a couple days and the smell subsided eventually. My bird was terrified of it so I ended up returning. Installation was relatively easy, it just has the nut and bolt type screws, and it seemed sturdy.

He fell in love with it righ away.

Had a horrible time getting this installed. Just didnt line up well with my cage. Once I finally got it on, its fine. My bird likes it, seems sturdy so far.
