I had these headphones for a couple days and was anxious to wear them on my walks. So I got up in the morning and got dressed and put the headphones on, and, nothing. They were completely dead, after being at 80% the night before. So I thought - maybe it was me. Perhaps I didnt turn them completely off. So after that I made sure to keep them on my ears when I turned them off so that I could hear the tone that is played when you turn them off - just as a confirmation that I did, indeed, turn them off. A couple days later I got up in the morning and got dressed and put the headphones on, and, nothing. They were completely dead, after being at 90% the night before. All this time I confirmed they were turned off by listening for the tone. Then, a couple days later as I was deciding whether to contact customer support or just return them, I got up in the morning and they had dropped from 100% the evening before, down to 60% over night. Im done. Sending them back for a refund. Terrible product.

Comfy

I had a great pair of Beats Solo3 headphones. I purchased these Bose ones for their noise cancelling, and I’m not disappointed. Noticeably better than the Beats. However, their sound quality was noticeably worse than the Beats.

I got these headphones as a gift for my wife as her birthday was after the month I purchased them. The headphones were faulty and never even switched on. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich. Ich hatte schon die Vorgänger dieses Modells. Doch die Neuauflage überzeugt mich. Der Klang ist nochmal klarer. Höhen und Tiefen überzeugen. Und dann kam das Noise cancelling,... Man hört kaum noch Umgebungslärm. Ich bin mega begeistert. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. (Ich bin neuro divergent)

The Sound is excellent, they are comfortable, and the fact that they are over the ear, people actually leave you BE which is the BEST THING!!!!

I took a chance on buying like new refurbished headphones but they broke after 4 months. When working, the headphones are great - just as advertised. Definitely buy new directly from Bose instead of buying refurbished used ones.

I use the headset for music and movies, no issues
