Bose QuietComfort 45 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, Midnight Blue - Limited Edition

Let me just get this out of the way. You know how all non-Bose bluetooth stuff doesnt read out your connections, or even bother to say pairing mode or connected, but instead play weird chime noises? Well for some reason, Bose decided to add startup/shutdown chime sounds to the usual Battery 100%, connected to Susans Galaxy 9000. And I mean, its not bad. Its just weird that a steakhouse would add tacos to their menu. But anyway, on to the review:

There might be better over the ear noise canceling headphones but at this price point these seem the best. Some negatives so far are that my beats ear buds play nicer with Apple Watch. Nothing that can’t be overcome but sometimes you need to reset things via the phone. But for either blocking out noise or a careful listen to music, these are great.

The noise cancellation feature beats the competition. I know some reviews have had issues with the bass, but its exaggerated. Its great for me!

They sound great , comfortable and my wife loves them so I’m stuck with my QC35’s which I still love.

I bought these to replace my Quietcomfort 35 phones and I like them very much. They are comfortable to wear, the sound quality is better than the 35s, the the noise cancellation is top notch. I do find it confusing that Bose has two different apps to control these phones: Bose Connect and Bose Music Apps. After using both, I stayed with the Music App and uninstalled the Bose Connect.

I got the product while on sale, made an amazing gift. Got the chance to try it, honestly on par with the Sony headphones. These are tad bit smaller in comparison, but still deliver same result. I recommend due to how they just seem to stay on no matter the movement.

I am really happy with these all the way around. The ear pads are comfortable and cover my ears completely. The headband has ample padding and adds comfort to a lightweight package. The included case is sized well for the headphones and provides good protection.

This is the second pair of 45s I tried. This is the second pair that I am immediately returning. The dumb ANC plays back sounds such as clicks from a lid or dishes clanking instead of cancelling them out. And for whatever reason, the sound picked up by the ANC is played back at full volume. Ill be listening to a podcast while doing dishes and it will sound as if someone was clanking glasses together right next to my ear. Its only high frequency noises that pose a problem. Other sounds, such as talking, the ANC handles great.
