I am reviewing this item after purchasing this item before a month and even after replacement from the service centre.

The headset crashed after a few days of use. Could not get it to power up. Apart from the faulty headset, the noise cancelling feature was not so great. It had great sound quality, but overall quality was not up to expectation specially after the headphone bricked after 3-4 days of use. I went ahead and purchased the N700 the older model of Bose but I think comparatively it is much better even though the battery life may be slightly compromised in the N700. Better software features and better sound quality.

Ich weiß nicht was die anderen immer zu bemängeln haben. Ich habe von diesen Kopfhörer schon lange geträumt und hätte mir diesen auf Grund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen fast nicht gekauft. Ich dachte mir Scheiss drauf (sorry wegen Ausdruck), kaufst ihn trotzdem. Und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Für meine Ansprüche reicht er vollkommen aus. Obwohl ich Musiknarrisch bin. Ich glaube, mann kann jedes Produkt (egal ob dieser Kopfhörer oder irgendein anderes) so schlecht reden damit einen die Lust am Kaufen vergeht, wenn man auf die kleinsten Kleinigkeiten achtet. Da dürfte man sich gar gar gar nichts kaufen. Nicht mal einen Kugelschreiber (z.B.)

Casse de qualité par contre il n’était pas neuf boite déjà ouverte absence des cale en carton pour protéger le casque et pas de bague avec la photo du produit. Juste Une boîte noire même pas fermé très déçu je pensais acheté un produit neuf. Pas sérieux

The newest iteration of these ANC headphones, are a complete step backwards by Bose. I have had my QC35 II for a couple of years and wanted to upgrade so I can charge via USB-C. But its not worth the hassle when Bose has just cut the options for noise cancellation - now you only have Quiet (full ANC) and Aware (minimal ANC) modes. So you always have that annoying ANC feeling and CANNOT TURN IT OFF. I rarely used ANC on my QC35s since it gives me a headache, now with theQC45 theres no option to run it off except to use them with the cable and not turn them on - why do I need bluetooth then? Completely idiotic thinking by Bose, hope this gets fixed in a software update. Oh, and by the way, ANC is TERRIBLE if something like utensils or glasses clinking happens around you, for example, playing a ride cymbal produces a painful noise in these headphones. Completely USELESS for me now.

en comparación con otros cascos de marca sony que trabajaban bastante bien este producto tiene mejro calidad de sonido, el aislamiento de ruidos es excelente, facil de configurar, capacidad de enlazar varios equipo y seleccionar desde dura app con cual se desea trabajar, la batería dura muccho, los ocupo mas de 8 hrs diarios y los cargo cada 2 dias, tiempo de carga completa es relativamente corto

I purchased these headphones because none of the other brands that I have tried have very good noise cancellation. These headphones are really wonderful theyre lightweight very comfortable and very durable. They still work as well thats when I first got them. I highly recommend them
