> 3 dayIts mind boggling for premium ANC headphone to not have the setting to switch off ANC. Other than noise cancelling, it only have the aware mode which pick up surrounding sound with mic and feed it to you. When Im in a quiet place, I dont need the headphone to pick up every sound and amplify it for me. Disabling ANC and let headphone to isolate the sound passively would be perfect for the situation. Unfortunately Bose doesnt think it needs to implement a feature that is universally available in ANC headphones. My Anker Q30 has the feature while its only quarter of the Boses price.

> 3 dayBought these for travel but have also used them with my tv at night - I can finally hear the dialogue without blasting the tv. Not sure why music has to be so loud lately, or if they just don’t enunciate well.

19-11-2024As always, Bose sound quality is great. I have had many previous models of these headphones. They always get better. Super sleek, light weight, comfortable on the head, and most importantly great sound quality. I use these when I want a super focused work session in my home office. They do not disappoint at all!

> 3 dayGood sound. Still would like the price to be a little lighter, but, it is what it is.

> 3 day1. While this device supports multiple connections, how it seems to work is whenever sound from one device occurs, it shuts off the other. So just keeping my phone and computer connected actually doesnt work well at all. Having the computer audio cut out just to hear a ding from a notification on my phone is really unpleasant. I had assumed and hoped it would just play sounds from both. It also tries to pause things on my computer when this happens. Trying to be too clever for its own good rather than just playing sounds from both like if I were sitting here listening to the speakers from both in the room.

> 3 dayI bought these on sale after wanting some good quality noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones and can say they definitely work and feel comfortable. I was really loving these headphones and was using them on a daily basis but I am a multi-device person and often switch between my phone and tablet/laptop and these headphones are just not equipped to do that. I had these for only like a week or two before the audio would randomly cut out. At first the audio interruptions were only for a few seconds then it was longer and happened a lot more frequently which was really disappointing since I had heard such great things about them. I will also make mention of the fact that it was SO difficult to get these connected/paired to a secondary device, like if I’m spending this much money on headphones I would expect them to be easier to use. I will also say that in order to get around the sound cutting off I would turn off the Bluetooth of the device I did not want to connect to at the time and vice versa and I stuck it out for about a week but realized that was a lot of tedious work to get expensive headphones to work properly. I also hated the fact that you needed to download a specific app to get them paired on BOTH devices. I will say the noise canceling was pretty good BUT the audio wasn’t the best, like I could immediately hear a difference in the sound quality when I first used these.

> 3 dayThese DO hurt your head after wearing them for a few hours. I wear them 8 hours for my job. And the top of my head still hurts. They are comfy around the ears though. The sound quality is good however, THEY DO NOT WORK IN TEAMS OR ZOOM unless you plug them in, which defeats the purpose of having them wireless. Even then the sound was spotty. They noise cancelling works well. But I wish they worked on video calls.
