This is the third stand Ive ordered from amazon and at long last it fits my 17.3 inch laptop. Its got good stiff hinges that arent too hard to adjust, very solid construction, ventilation seems good and there was no assembly required! The one thing is it does wiggle a bit when Im typing but at least my laptop isnt threatening to wobble off the back, which was a serious problem with the others. Over all very please to have a stand that does what it advertises.

This stand is very stable and being adjustable is really helpful.

Had read the reviews and tips so knew what to do; opened it properly; adjusted without over-adjusting; and its just perfect. Strong; sturdy; stable; level. Have to move to another location 2-3 times a week, and it never changes. Just perfect! Yes - it was tight when I opened and adjusted it (53 female) - but thats the whole purpose; I dont want it changing its position on its own....duh.

Extremely sturdy and amenable to different situations and setups. Worth the money and then some. I flipped the platform and use it upside down (there are two mini arms/ledges that keep a laptop on the angles surface) so it was easier to type (the ledges sometimes got in the way). The rubber grip on the platform is plenty enough to keep my laptop from sliding even at a steeper angle.

Great inexpensive piece. Has worked very well for me. A bit tight and hard to adjust - but can be done and stays put. I recommend.

This BoYata laptop stand feels really sturdy. The joints are very tight and hard to adjust, so I just leave it open. However, thats a good thing in the long term because if the joints get loose and the stand doesnt stay in the desired positon, it makes the laptop stand worthless. I will update my review if the joints become loose. For now, it gets full 5 stars (Ive used it for 2 weeks). The height is great for video chatting with the webcam and gives a flattering angle. Although not the cheapest model, if it stands the test of time, it is worth it.

The stand is pretty stiff but provides sturdy functionality for your laptop. The height and positioning is very versatile, making your work space customized and comfortable.

I love this stand. Ive had it for a few months now, so Im familiar with it. I bought it because I spilled a whole cup of coffee on the table which destroyed my last MacBook and wanted to prevent that from happening again. Its perfect for that function... but its so much more than that.

This makes viewing your laptop screen so much easier on your eyes and neck. I wish that I would have found this product sooner. It is a great invention.
