> 3 dayI had water clarity and algae issues due to a low-quality carbon that I tried. I thought carbon is carbon and that was a huge mistake. Within hours of switching the old carbon out for the chemi-pure elite, my water had cleared up and the algae growth stopped dead in its tracks in a few days. Now my tank is clean and my livestock are happy!

> 3 dayComes in a plastic jar with a barely glued on seal, product is already in a mesh bag, no bags needed to use. Keeps phosphate in check but does not lower nitrates. I have a small 20g reef tank with only a hang on back CPR BAK PAK skimmer and I hid the bag along with my heater in the return section of my skimmer.
