> 3 dayNeeded some help with magnifying small items at my work bench. Bought the brightech lighted magnifier and it hasnt disappointed. Installed easily on the workbench edge. Light is strong enough to illuminate the work piece, and the real glass lens magnifies without distortion. The arm and lens adjust to any position and angle needed. Im totally satisfied.

Greater than one weekWissh there were instructions for dimmeing & light temperature adjusting. Plugged it in and my wife who has macular in both eyes was thrilled using it. Its on her desk right now and she uses it every day.

> 3 dayThis light has been a favorite fixture in my workspace for nearly 3 years now, so I figured its high time I pen a review. This lamp is a rockstar. Ive used it every day for at least 8 hours and Ive had zero issues with it. Movement is just as fluid as it was the day I got it. I was worried about the plastic used for the housing, but its held up really well and still looks great. It has been put through some abuse and it still shines on without complaint. The only negative thing I can even say about it is that my young daughter bent the top lid cover for the magnifier and it no longer closes flush, so I just leave it open all the time now.

GREAT FOR WORK BENCH OR CRAFT TABLEThe Lightview"s On/Off switch is conveniently located at the bottom of the head, just under the lens. To dim or adjust the color temperature of the light, tap the touch sensing arrows at the top of the lamp head. The black arrows adjust the lights on a cool white color spectrum while the red arrows adjust it on a warm white color spectrum. Because of the built in dimmer, the lamp cannot be dimmed externally at this time. The lamp is plugin operated and works with 110v - 220v outlets; you would just need to use a plug adapter to use it outside of the US, as the plug is made to fit standard US AC outlets. |
