> 3 dayAt this point in my life I have difficulty reading those little 32nds of an inch marks on a tape measure. With this magnifier/light I can, with greater ease than I thought possible. But my favorite part is the flip-up cover that keeps the magnifying surface clean from saw dust. I am very pleased with this item.

> 3 dayIve been very happy with this lamp, but in fewer than three years it started blinking and changing brightness to where its unusable. For the price, its not a good purchase. I now have a mobile magnifier, I guess. Not worth purchasing.

Greater than one weekGreat light! Nice and bright, love that you can dim it. And the magnifier is perfect. It’s attractive & relatively easy to use. I wish there was some sort of instructions with it to determine the best use of the different lighting options.

GREAT FOR WORK BENCH OR CRAFT TABLEThe Lightview"s On/Off switch is conveniently located at the bottom of the head, just under the lens. To dim or adjust the color temperature of the light, tap the touch sensing arrows at the top of the lamp head. The black arrows adjust the lights on a cool white color spectrum while the red arrows adjust it on a warm white color spectrum. Because of the built in dimmer, the lamp cannot be dimmed externally at this time. The lamp is plugin operated and works with 110v - 220v outlets; you would just need to use a plug adapter to use it outside of the US, as the plug is made to fit standard US AC outlets. |
