> 24 hourWhen it works......it works great, when if forgets your wifi settings (and it does) you can forget it. I have used brother products for years and have mixed results, most products are great. The wired version (cat5 connection) is excellent. Dont waste you time with the QL-810W, dont waste you money.

> 24 hourI dont even know where to start. The serial number isnt where Brothers website says it is, it isnt in the format they say it will be in. The software will not install on my computer with a USB cable attached, it will not install wirelessly. My complete and utter contempt for this poorly documented piece of garbage software cannot be expressed. I have been using computers since 1986 (yes, thats when I wrote my first infinite loop program on a TRS-80 mk3) and I cannot figure out how to install this printer. Your mileage may vary, but I certainly cannot recommend this printer to anyone so long as the current horrible software and utterly contemptible installation instructions are attached. I will be returning it and trying to find a label printer that doesnt suck.

> 24 hourThis thing is a COLOSSAL piece of crap; be prepared to take it apart and put it back together at least once a week depending on how much you use it. The labels are constantly getting stuck inside the machine So eventually it will just stop printing and youll have to take it apart and pray that you dont break some of the cheaply made plastic that the device is made out of.

> 24 hourI am a big, big fan of Brother products. You call for tech support and they pick up the phone in 3 rings and really work hard to resolve the issue. I have owned to previous versions of their label makers and this was my first wireless on. I currently have 5 printers on my wireless home network. Anyway, for some reason I could not get the driver to work correctly and with a quick call to tech support we were able to get this printer working flawlessly. The wireless aspect allows me to not have to clump all my printers in one area around my one PC. I would highly recommend this printer.
