My optometrist recommended that I use warm compresses on my eyes and recommended these. They are a nice size and rest on my eyes nicely. After microwaving for just a few seconds, they maintain warmth much longer than heated, moist wash cloths. Glad I bought them.

It’s helps to reduce the swelling of my eyelid related to blepharitis. It’s another option of warm towel.

My eye dr. recommends I use this daily. I dont, but I should. It is a perfect size to treat my dry eyes. Its easy to use, relatively comfortable, and makes my eyes feel better. You should use a paper towel or something underneath so it doesnt stain and you can wash it less frequently.

I was suffering from dry eyes from daily computer work. My eye dr. Recommended specifically this brand and I am so glad I bought it! My eyes are happy!! 20 seconds is perfect (sometimes 15-18 suffices) it does cause blurriness after use so be sure to use it at night. I utilize it as I am climbing into bed for the night.
