This is a very effective product. However, make sure you loosen the adjustable velcro strap before you put it on. The eye pads are thick, and if the strap holding it on is too tight, when you take the item off your face, you will have blurry eyesight for a few minutes because the pads press into your cornea. Just take a second and dont fasten it too tight and you will be very satisfied with this product.

This retains heat longer than a damp cloth. It has a chemical smell when warm which I do not like, but its ability to stay warm balances out the unpleasant odor.

Product is being used to combat dry eye syndrome. It is heated for 20 seconds and then placed over eyes for 10 minutes. Product is well made, with elastic band to hold into place. It soothes the eyes and feels wonderful. It is 10 minutes of bliss.

I suffer from Sjogrens and this is perfect. It helps soooo much! It created more tear production for me... and eases the pain! I cant tell you how surprised I was... but it really works. I love it and use it daily. I am so grateful my daughter got it for me! I love IT!!!!

My doctor recommended a product such as this for my severe dry eye symptoms. After comparing products and ratings, this seemed the best choice - and it was! Easy to use - put in microwave for 10-15 seconds - and it lays comfortably over my eyes. The pads are soft and comfortable. The adjustable headband keeps it perfectly in place. Makes it easy to follow my doctors orders for using this at least 10 minutes a day.

I have dry eyes and itchy eyelids. My Dr told me to use hot compresses to alleviate the discomfort and this really helps. I have seen improvement with using this each evening at bedtime. I usually dont write reviews but thought this may help others that are suffering with eye issues.

Easy to use had couple stubborn sty’s / Eye Dr recommendations for multiple sessions per day of hot compress - tried wash cloth - cooled too quickly tried his hot water with small plastic soda bottle covered with cloth too - too difficult to hold for time required - tried this mask much easier to use completed full time / 12-15 min sessions with no sore arm & No difficulty with maintaining temp. Sty finally gone but did require injection with steroid and some additional heat compression.

This heat mask does a great job. After about 10 minutes eye feels great.

Really improves my day. Have to use it consistently, but it works wonders. No more waking up with dry gritty eyes. No more applying eyedrops every few hours. Eyes are blurry after use for 15 minutes or so, but thats how you know it’s working!
