These are wonderful for those suffering with clogged meibomian ducts. My eyes feel better instantly! I used them daily for about ten minutes at a time.

Just started using it but it seems to be helping .

My ophthalmologist recommended this Monday - received it Tuesday and have been using it 3x daily for the past three days. Have had dry eyes for decades - exacerbated by cataract surgery 3 months ago. This really does open up tear ducts so there is a natural fluid to take the pain and irritation out of blinking. Convenient and effective - have spent $100s on eye drops/gels/ointments - this 20 seconds in microwave/10 minutes on eyes procedure is far superior!

This is a very effective product. However, make sure you loosen the adjustable velcro strap before you put it on. The eye pads are thick, and if the strap holding it on is too tight, when you take the item off your face, you will have blurry eyesight for a few minutes because the pads press into your cornea. Just take a second and dont fasten it too tight and you will be very satisfied with this product.

Instant dry eye relief. It was like a mini spa session. While I still have dry eyes, this is wonderful when my eyes start to ache. My vision is very blurry for about 10 minutes after using it, which worried me at first, but it clears up. The instructions say to microwave no longer than 20 seconds and thats important. 20 seconds is the perfect number of time. I accidentally microwaved it for 30 seconds, didnt stop the timer in time, and it was too hot for my eyes, so I had to let it cool down for a minute. No damage, of course, but I was surprised to see how much 10 seconds made a difference. I store mine in the plastic bag it came with but I wish it had a resealable bag for storage.

I only needed this for one eye. Its great for both, but difficult to use on one eye only.

My optometrist recommended that I use warm compresses on my eyes and recommended these. They are a nice size and rest on my eyes nicely. After microwaving for just a few seconds, they maintain warmth much longer than heated, moist wash cloths. Glad I bought them.

I have dry eyes and itchy eyelids. My Dr told me to use hot compresses to alleviate the discomfort and this really helps. I have seen improvement with using this each evening at bedtime. I usually dont write reviews but thought this may help others that are suffering with eye issues.

Easy to use had couple stubborn sty’s / Eye Dr recommendations for multiple sessions per day of hot compress - tried wash cloth - cooled too quickly tried his hot water with small plastic soda bottle covered with cloth too - too difficult to hold for time required - tried this mask much easier to use completed full time / 12-15 min sessions with no sore arm & No difficulty with maintaining temp. Sty finally gone but did require injection with steroid and some additional heat compression.
