Greater than one weekGood I guess? I have very dry eyes. The optometrist unofficially said I have Rosacea. They recommended I get one of these to use to open up the pores in my eyelids. Not sure how long I would have to do it for but I have been doing three times a day. It works as advertised.

Greater than one weekMy ophthalmologist recommended this Monday - received it Tuesday and have been using it 3x daily for the past three days. Have had dry eyes for decades - exacerbated by cataract surgery 3 months ago. This really does open up tear ducts so there is a natural fluid to take the pain and irritation out of blinking. Convenient and effective - have spent $100s on eye drops/gels/ointments - this 20 seconds in microwave/10 minutes on eyes procedure is far superior!

> 3 dayMy optometrist recommended that I use warm compresses on my eyes and recommended these. They are a nice size and rest on my eyes nicely. After microwaving for just a few seconds, they maintain warmth much longer than heated, moist wash cloths. Glad I bought them.

> 3 dayI have dry eyes and itchy eyelids. My Dr told me to use hot compresses to alleviate the discomfort and this really helps. I have seen improvement with using this each evening at bedtime. I usually dont write reviews but thought this may help others that are suffering with eye issues.

> 3 dayThe eye shield that I used for about 2 years was light weight, soft and seemed more flexible. This newer one is heavier, less malleable, but does keep my eyes closed when sleeping. The straps are velcro close and my hair gets tangled in it; however, I do appreciate how easy it is to adjust and fit to my head especially with other types of closures. My eye Dr recommended that I use the shield for my severe dry eyes in conjunction with eye drops. Works great together. She now sees no damage to my eyes. Great product for keeping my eyes closed as I sleep.

> 3 dayI was having issues with my eye ducts getting clogged up. I was using a regular kid microwavable heat pad for a few months and was getting nowhere. I ordered these moist heat pads and my eyes have shown significant improvement. This strap stays on securely on your head. You only need to microwave it for 20 seconds. They give you a sample of their sterile film that you could put on between your eye and the pad but I just used a tissue. Very happy with his product!
