    Using these at bedtime helps keep my eyes from drying out. I just lay them across my face, I dont use the velco fasteners. Also great after too much screen time to relax my eyes and again help them from being dry.

    I bought this for my chronic dry eyes. I needed to spend some time with it to feel comfortable using it. And I suspect thats true for many. For example, the strap wasnt really working for me. Instead of using it, I simply sit on a couch, put my head back, and put the eye compress on my eyes. I also had to find a sweet spot for the time I warm it up in my microwave oven. For me, 20 sec is too much but 15 sec works much better.

    Really improves my day. Have to use it consistently, but it works wonders. No more waking up with dry gritty eyes. No more applying eyedrops every few hours. Eyes are blurry after use for 15 minutes or so, but thats how you know it’s working!

    My optometrist recommended that I use warm compresses on my eyes and recommended these. They are a nice size and rest on my eyes nicely. After microwaving for just a few seconds, they maintain warmth much longer than heated, moist wash cloths. Glad I bought them.

    This is my second Bruder heat mask, a replacement for an earlier one that quit heating up (package suggests replacing after six months, but mine lasted a year). It seems to help with my dry eyes, but it is not a cure. You will have to keep using it to make dry eyes more comfortable.
